The South Hutchinson Community Center is located across the street from the Lionette Park baseball diamonds at 101 West Avenue C. It was built in August 2016 and can be rented by the public.
It is available for rent each day of the week, 365 days per year from 8:00 a.m. to Midnight. The rental fees are as follows and are subject to change at the discretion of the South Hutchinson City Council.
Rental Fee $150 per day
Deposit $250 refundable after inspection
Each renter is only allowed to be in the building during their paid rental time. When renting please consider that this must include your set up, tear down and clean up time. Building capacity is 150 persons. Off street parking is available on the east and west sides of the building.
Paperwork and rental fees are due within two (2) business days of reserving the building and must be taken care of in person at the South Hutchinson City Office. Cash or Check will be the only acceptable forms of payment for rental fee and deposit and must be in two separate payments.
